Building services · London SW1
Clear. Build. Move in.
Demolition and strip-out, new-build and extension work, and removals: the three trades a London home needs, from one company. One survey, one written quote, one team on site — from the first skip to the last box.
Gable end, Flemish bond — drawn brick by brick, the way we'd lay it
What we do
Three trades that usually take three phone calls.
Most building jobs start with something coming out and end with someone moving in. We cover both ends and everything in between, so you deal with one company, one quote and one site manager.
-
1 · Clear
Demolition & strip-out
Soft strip, structural demolition, chimney breasts and internal walls out, garages and outbuildings down. Dust controlled, neighbours warned, waste to a licensed facility.
- Soft strip and full site clearance
- Structural demolition with temporary works
- Skips, grab loads and waste transfer notes
-
2 · Build
Domestic construction
New-build houses, rear and side extensions, loft conversions and whole-house refurbishment — from foundations to second fix, working to your architect's and engineer's drawings.
- New-build houses and extensions
- Lofts, refurbishment and remodelling
- Building Control inspections at every stage
-
3 · Move in
Removals
Home and small-office moves across London and beyond. Packing, dismantling, careful loading, and a clean handover at the other end — including the site clearance after a build.
- House and flat moves
- Packing materials and dismantling
- Clearance, disposal and storage on request
Who we are
A new name, with old-fashioned site discipline.
Redworth Building Services was incorporated in May 2026 and works out of Haymarket, in Westminster.
We set it up because London homeowners kept telling us the same story: the strip-out crew, the builder and the removals van had never spoken to each other, and the homeowner ended up running the programme. So we put the three trades under one roof. The person who surveys the job is the person who quotes it — and the person you call when a skip is late.
- iOne point of contact
The person who quoted is the person you call, from first visit to handover.
- iiItemised written quotes
What's included, what isn't, and what each part costs. No round numbers on the back of a card.
- iiiA tidy site, every evening
Swept, sheeted and secured before we leave. Tools away, skips covered.
- ivNeighbours told before the noise
Dates, working hours and a phone number through every nearby door.

How a job runs
Laid in order, like everything else we do.
Five stages, always in the same sequence, read from the bottom course up. Each one finishes before the next begins, so nothing gets built on top of a guess.
Site visit
We come and look: measurements, photos, access, parking, party walls, neighbours.
Written quote
An itemised price by task, with what's included, what's excluded and how we'd like to be paid.
Programme
A start date, the order of works, who's on site when, and what you need to clear before day one.
The work
Strip-out first, build second, tidy every evening. Building Control visits booked at each stage.
Handover
A walk-through with you, a snagging list we actually close, the keys — and the van, if you're moving in.
Where we work
Based in SW1. Working across London.
We're a central London firm, so most of our building work sits inside the North and South Circular. Removals go wherever the van needs to go, including moves out of London and back.

Tell us about the job.
Photos, a rough idea of what you want and a postcode are enough to start. We'll come and look, then send a written, itemised quote — usually within a week of the visit.
